(pay special attention to Elizabeth I's speech on p. 433)

DUE MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30th.

There will be both a written and oral quiz sometime next week.

Three clips from Elizabeth. Use your notes from class and/or info gleaned from the textbook to add one unique typed or vocal annotation to any of the three clips. What challenges did Elizabeth face as a monarch compared to others we have studied? Reference Louis XIV and Peter the Great where possible.

One of my Modern World History students, Pao-yi, traveled to Israel over Thanksgiving Break. When she returned, she delivered this presentation in front of our entire class, designed using principles of effective visual communication.
